Being able to adjust the watch size is a plus. I like to wear it loose to work but if I'm working outside, I tighten it so it won't get in the way.

I use this for my aerobic workouts. I was suprised how my heart rate did not go over 130, except when I really push it. That means I am in good shape ( not ) or am just lazy.
It is usefull to achieve peak performance in the athlete. For the rest of us, it lets us know that it is OK to work harder.
